Hello Mezcla Maggie Blog Readers! My name is Hilary Varghese, I am the twin sister of Chef Maggie of Mezcla Maggie. I am no chef but I sure know what good food tastes like and am honored to be able to contribute to this blog. I will be sharing some of the unique and fantastic cuisine quests chef Maggie takes on, as well as providing you with some food and exercise information to help you live and eat passionately.
Currently Maggie is putting on her first M*Body Transformation Challenge, an 8-week individualized lifestyle and fitness challenge for 20 determined individuals who decided they were ready to start treating their bodies the way bodies should be: as top priority! This comes after two previously successful month long challenges in 2015 that focused on health and fitness.
In light of the current Transformation Challenge, the first few posts will be of some great exercise videos I recently shot of Maggie. These are exercises you can do at home (if you have some free weights) or in the gym.
