Chef Maggie
Born & Raised in upstate NY, Maggie moved to Denver on 10-10-10 to start a new culinary journey. She studied abroad in Spain, falling in love and accepting her passion for food. After opening the first frozen yogurt chain, Red Mango, in Westminster, she decided to go through a culinary program to hone in on her cooking skills; She completed the American Culinary Federation Chef Apprenticeship program in 2014 while working at the Denver Convention Center under Executive Chef Carmen Callo, earning her sous chef certification. Since then she has bounced around, building her toolbox of skills. She took many managerial positions, beginning, yes with Denny's restaurant group. Her most fond memory however, was her time at Denver's "Linger Eatuary," working under renowned Colorado Chef, Daniel Asher. There she was exposed to preparing foods for those with dietary restrictions, allergens and vegan/vegetarian preferences. And finally she could take it no longer, and had to branch out on her own, offering her unique and culturally inspired food creations to the public, founding Mezcla Maggie in December 2014.
Christine Julich, Wonder Woman
Christine is a holistic health practitioner in Denver and is passionate about health, food as medicine, natural remedies, and a holistic approach to life. She's been working with Maggie for almost 8 years and is inspired everyday by Maggie's drive and passion in her business and loves to help out in the kitchen.
You'll see her abilities and creations highlighted throughout your catered events...with her amazing raw food desserts, superfood smoothies, herbal tonics,elixirs and teas. She has a knack for creating medicinal herbal tonics and elixirs and just finished a six week adventure foraging and learning with United Plant Savers Botanicals.

Chris Kirkendall, Finance Mastermind & Delivery Man
He's not only the number genius, he's a wizard on wheels. You'll see Chris dropping off your food wearing that big ole smile.

Chef Ire
Born in Indonesia, Ire met Maggie during their culinary apprenticeship. She has her own private chef business, Green Cuisine, fixing food for clients in their homes so they are well prepared for the week(s). While she is very efficient in her cooking, she absolutely loves to talk while getting the job done! She is full of spunk and has a real ability for seasoning food. You're sure to be in for not just amazing food, but a warm experience with Ire.

Our favorite seasonal Chef! He flies in from Syracuse, NY to help with our busiest weekends. After his three-decade-long career as a journalist ended, Chef Bill pursued his lifelong passion for cooking and baking by obtaining a professional cooking certificate from his local community college. He has worked in restaurant kitchen prep jobs and in catering in upstate New York, where he lives with his wife and two dogs. Chef Bill also has a background in sushi and presently works in kitchen prep for a large regional grocery store chain.
