Mezcla encompasses everything, we want to help showcase what your event is about and what the client and guests savor. We are not limited to what menu we can offer; in fact, we delight in creating and customizing menus unique to our client, their tastes and their event by guiding them through what makes sense financially and flavor-fully. But what we want more than anything is for YOU to enjoy your event and think back on what a great experience you had with your family, friends and the FOOD that you all shared together:)

Creativity has no limits. We specialize in customizing menus that optimize quality ingredients, nutrition and taste in each bite. Through understanding and establishing positive relationships we offer fair menu pricing that allow our clients to enjoy their events and not suffer the financial consequences later.

Travel

Much of our inspiration comes from traveling to other countries all around the world and exploring the great realm of culinary specialties that exist. We have been to parts of Spain, Portugal, Iceland, India, Canada, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Nicaragua, Mexico, Italy, and Ireland. By doing this, we can in turn create, recreate or deconstruct what has been done and what is to be.
