Exciting Changes!

Most already know that Maggie has recently been devoting her time and energy to pursuing her other passions in life.  From completing the Swift Ride in July to getting hired as a sous chef in Antarctica, she's doing it all!  I, Chris Kirkendall, have taken over as head chef of Mezcla Maggie Catering.  Maggie still has a large role with the company but has moved on from day to day operations.  However, when in town you might catch Maggie at our kitchen or even at some catering events, keep an eye out!

I hope to grow Mezcla Maggie and will start by introducing new brands and concepts to the Denver market.  The first will be available very soon and is called Petit Dejeuner.  It is a sister catering company that will specialize in breakfast including crepes, waffles and quiches.  Please check it out at www.petitdejeunerdenver.com.  

The second release is called Sweet Charlotte which is named after my mother.  Those that attended Maggie's Swift Ride fundraiser in Denver last month got to experience much of Sweet Charlotte's offerings.  We will be offering a wide variety of desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth.  Please keep an eye out for the future release of the menu and website!
