If you're not yet shifting from a "YOLO" kind of life to a healthy one, this might be the perfect time to do it! I am hoping that people who were able to read this were captured and motivated to change their lifestyle. It's kind of alarming the number of obesity rate in America and the government seems like they don't care about what's happening! Actions will always be the key to success and if we are not going to start it now, when are we going to start it?

One of my instructors told me that in order for me to lose weight, I have to not think too much. We should eat the foods we usually eat, but with right amount. I think that it is somehow right. I believe that losing weight is not just about not eating, but eating with a right amount. Doing regular exercise is a must and we must eat healthy foods such as vegetables. Thank you so much for reminding us to be healthy.
