Mezcla

Hi! I am so thrilled to have this going!!!

"Mezcla," in spanish means mixture or a mix. To me, I completely represent this term. If you know me, even from a brief gathering, you will know that my live involves many passions and interests. I am eager for any and all opportunities to grow, learn and share. I discovered my culinary passion when I studied abroad 7 years ago in Salamanca, Spain. I lived with a Senora who always made the freshest food for me and my roommate. She would walk to the markets every day to buy the goods, and often spent the entire day, while we were in class, preparing that days meals.
To be honest, I never stop thinking about food. Who does? It's what brings us together. Literally something everyone NEEDS. I wanted to do something with my life that could touch anyone's life, so culinary it is!

So.... I chose to name my business,( beginning as a catering company, and hopefully expanding to a bed and breakfast in a few years), as Mezcla so I would be able to encompass all of my passions under one title. The possibilities really are endless in a mixture, and same goes for what I will offer through Mezcla!

 I will be able to keep you all updated with my culinary endeavors.  Check out all of the pages..there is everything from private cooking classes, restaurant tours and even packages for your events!
